We leave lots of "same day" appointments in the schedules for both our Gibbsboro and Sewell Offices to accomodate our sick little ones. Those time slots can book very quickly however. Our appointments are scheduled in 15 minute increments.
Well/Routine Visits are also available but those appointments need to be booked at least 2 weeks to 1 month in advance.
Certain offices and certain providers are busier than others and tend to book up more quickly.
We ask that you come in on time for your appointment. Although, we do our best to run on time, despite our best efforts we may run late. Often times this is due to our patients running late. If you are running late, but NOT more than 15 minutes, we will try and work you back into the schedule, but when we cannot, we may have to offer an appointment with another provider at a another time. Out of courtesy to our other patients, when we have no availablitiy, we may be forced to ask you to reschedule your appointment, if you are running more than 15 minutes late.
Also--if for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule the appointmment because you find it is not convenient for you, remember to give us a minimum of a 24 Hour Notice. Otherwise, there is a $25 No Show Fee. Too often, when patients cancel without giving us proper notification, we could have filled that slot with another child who was sick and needed the appointment. So, always remember to call us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel/reschedule your child's appointment.
